I came to ADHD coaching through the incredible people in my lifeāfriends and family who are some of the most intelligent, resilient, humorous, creative individuals I know. These ADHDers are not only thriving in their industries and excelling in their careers but are also raising inspiring children, all while being authentically themselves. Their journeys sparked something in me. So much so that in early 2024, I kissed my CPA designation goodbye to fully make room for my true calling. THIS.

I'm energized by working with adult-diagnosed or self-identifying ADHDers who are multi-faceted professionals and entrepreneurs. My clients are typically seeking purpose in their career and life, ready to elevate their leadership skills and take their ventures to the next level. They're prepared to uncover their hidden talentsātheir inner Ferrariāand let them roar through the challenges.

Fueled by a love for coffee, community, and a good dose of comedy, Iām endlessly curious about the body, mind, and heart connection and how thoughts become action (or inaction!). My goal is to make each day count, whether through a quiet city walk or spontaneous dance party with my two littles, Emmy and Myles.
