I spent 15 years as a Creative Art Director in London advertising agencies. Interestingly, there are many parallels between ADHD coaching and working in creative advertising! Both fields rely on creative problem-solving, identifying strengths within challenges, and embracing divergent thinking. A few years after having my son, I was diagnosed with ADHD myself. This led to what I like to think of as my most important creative brief yet: how could I continue using the problem-solving skills I had honed, but shift to working with the people whose brains I’m most passionate about: individuals with ADHD, rather than brands? That’s when I discovered ADHD coaching!

I'm drawn to dreamers, visionaries, and creative souls who want to bring their whole, authentic selves to work. Whether you're returning after parental leave and want to show up without feeling the need to hide being a parent, or you're stepping into a leadership role with a vision to create space for others to do the same—I'm here for you. I especially love working with people who think in creative ways, who dream big and want to stretch themselves.
I often find myself coaching individuals in education, creative and entertainment, and helping professions. -
My approach channels the first lesson I learned in advertising: there is no such thing as a bad idea. I bring an "anything is possible" philosophy and give my clients permission to dream big. Here's what we focus on:
Cultivating self-confidence, and deep self-trust
Improving self-awareness and reflection skills
Enhancing work-life balance and time management
Developing communication and boundary-setting in personal and professional relationships
Supporting you in clarifying and building your vision creatively
Helping you tap into your knowings and feel confident in your decisions

My path to ADHD coaching evolved naturally from my creative advertising background, where I learned to harness divergent thinking and creative problem-solving. I hold an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation, completed ADHD coach training through ADDCA Simply ADHD, and earned an Animas Transformative Coaching Diploma.

I play tennis; movement + competition = dopamine! I am redesigning a dolls house to feed my interior obsession! I love documentaries, watching old 80s movies with my kids and gardening and long walks in the woods with my mini poodle Bruce.
