How we’ll work together
Discovery Session
A free 30-minute Zoom call with your Dream Team coach.
Get to know each other, discuss your challenges and goals.
Setting the Scene Session
A paid 90-minute session to experience coaching firsthand, commitment free. You'll get to know your coach, explore key ADHD principles, and discuss your goals. Together, you'll decide if you'd like to continue working together.
3-Month Coaching Program
Regular 60-minute coaching sessions (weekly or bi-weekly) to meet your highest goals and develop and implement personalized ADHD strategies. Collaborative goal setting and between session check-ins to maintain momentum.
Continued Growth
Option to continue coaching after the initial 3-month program. Flexible frequency to suit your needs.
Focus on sustained long-term success and ongoing development.

An ADHD coach has received additional training and experience working with the issues that impact people with ADHD - like overwhelm, attention challenges, procrastination, and impulsivity.
All coaches can offer you support, but our coaches understand how your brain is wired and can work with you to overcome the challenges you face related to ADHD, which are getting in the way.

No! While some of our clients have an official ADHD diagnosis, many simply identify with ADHD challenges. Our coaching can benefit anyone struggling with attention, organization, or executive functioning issues.

While therapy often focuses on past experiences and emotional healing, coaching is present and future-focused. We work on practical strategies to help you achieve your goals and improve your daily life with ADHD.

Book a free 30-minute discovery session with one of our coaches. This is your chance to discuss your goals, ask questions, and see if we're a good fit for each other.

We bill monthly, with invoices sent on the 25th of each month. Payment is due within a week. If your employer is sponsoring your coaching, let us know during your discovery session, as the process differs.

At this time, individual coaching is delivered virtually to serve an international client base.
A local coach may work in person on request. This may be subject to a travel fee.

Great news! If your employer will sponsor your coaching program, please inform your coach during your discovery session, as our onboarding process and fee structure work differently.

We no longer accept Access to Work grants. We do, however, accept employer sponsored coaching.
