Meet Emily

  • When my adult ADHD diagnosis shook my professional world eight years ago, I couldn't find the specialized coaching support I desperately needed. So I built it. This pursuit led me from a career in banking to becoming an ADHD Coach founding Working Dream, where I've discovered that what naturally motivates me is helping others navigate their own ADHD journeys.

  • I specialize in coaching ambitious leaders and entrepreneurs in demanding industries like fashion, finance, law, tech and healthcare.

My clients often balance demanding careers with parenthood, while managing diagnosed or suspected ADHD.

    • Develop strategies for managing ADHD symptoms and achieving success without constant overwhelm

    • Create action plans for important professional milestones (e.g., investor meetings, performance reviews, promotions)

    • Improve work-life balance and presence for family

    • Build self-esteem, manage overwhelm, and reduce stress in personal and professional lives

    • Navigate career transitions and pursue sustainable career paths

  • After a decade in the banking industry managing international, cross-functional teams, I retrained as an ADHD Coach and founded Working Dream Coaching. I hold an MSc in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, am a graduate of the ADD Coach Academy ADHD Coaching Program and Family Coaching Program, and am a Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). In the past five years, I've expanded my practice to include a team of incredible coaches, allowing us to support more clients in both London and Toronto.

  • When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me settling in to my new home in Toronto. After 6 years in London, UK I’ve reunited with my hometown as I’ve started a family.

I love to travel. My curiosity and love of adventure has lead me to visit every continent, including Antarctica!

My current ADHD hyper-focus - working on my business! And - being the best mum I can to my toddler.
